Food Network Challengers at Erie 1 BOCES
High school students from various school districts participated in Erie 1 BOCES' first annual Culinary Day. Various demonstrations were provided. Here, Chef Rosen of Zillycakes speaks on cake decoration. Chef Rosen will be on the Food Network next week.
