The place to be and see weather as it happens is at Waterfront Park in Crystal Beach Ontario and we drove out there from Ridgeway about 2:30 Yesterday afternoon and watched a storm cell develope over the lake with rain and then the Waterspout. THe Waterspout lasted about 15 minutes and went from large to very thin and then disappeared as the storm moved East and towards Buffalo NY
