This gentleman is on the street with a drum and yelling Happy Birthday America! He's offering a slice of free pizza to anyone that sings the birthday song to America. He's also out during Election and Veterans day and offers a free slice to Veterans on Veterans Day. He hangs out in front of Emergency Pizza on Senea St. across from Hammerschmidt in South Buffalo.
