448 Elmwood celebrates grand opening

Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown and Common Council Member David Rivera were on hand Wednesday, May 25, to help cut the ribbon at the grand opening of 448 Elmwood, a new building now home to 12 luxury apartments, Coffee Culture, ICU Optical Sunglasses and additional commercial space. Partners in the project are The Krog Corporation of Orchard Park, The Frizlen Group Architects of Buffalo and Michael Ferdman.

Located in Buffalo’s Elmwood Village, 448 Elmwood stands on a corner formerly occupied by a vacant fast-food restaurant. The location is just five minutes from downtown Buffalo and the Peace Bridge.
