Annunciation School in Elma will offer a summer academic program for children entering grades one through seven in the fall. The program will take place from 8 a.m. to noon Monday through Friday during the weeks of July 11 and July 18. The school is located at 7580 Clinton St.
The summer program will include an “Author Study,” reading comprehension, a phonics refresher (primary grades), Science Day, Social Studies Day, Math Day, fun activities, and arts and crafts. Technology will be incorporated into the program, which will be excellent preparation for the New York state tests in math and ELA.

Additionally, Annunciation School will once again offer its popular KinderKamp program, designed to help ease entry into a formal school setting through creative learning experiences, from 9 a.m. to noon June 13-17. KinderKamp is open to students preparing to enter kindergarten at any school and will offer letter and number recognition, story comprehension, art, fun and games.
