Public School Tennis Champs

Singles - Emma Walsh of City Honors took the Buffalo Public Schools Singles title as she swept the field defeating Christina Constantino of Olmsted 6-0, 6-0 in the finals and beat Sayler Paw of I-Prep 6-0, 6-0 in the semifinals. Constantino made it to the finals after a 6-3, 6-1 win over Htay Ku Paw of I Prep.

Doubles - Hutch Tech's Allison Mendolera and Tatiana Jimenez Knight won the Doubles titles with a 6-4, 6-3 win over City Honors Gabby Gannon and Jessica Rubino. Mendolera and Jimenez Knight won their semifinal match with daVinci's Ari Puon and Anya Stefurak 6-1, 6-2. Gannon and Rubino had advanced to the final by winning their semifinal match 6-2, 6-1 over Olmsted's Ashah Adams and Jessica Tompkins.
