Buffalo Bill Caulcrick Cooks at Emerson

New to Buffalo, but no stranger to the kitchen, Caulcrick will cook with students and teachers at Emerson School of Hospitality.

Jehuu Caulcrick, fullback for the Buffalo Bills, will visit Emerson High School on Wednesday, April 27th, 2011. Caulcrick will arrive at Emerson at 8:30 a.m. on Wednesday morning to be a guest chef in the 2nd floor banquet room of Emerson under the tutelage of Banquet Facilitator Donna Emmert and Chef Instructor Lenny Dowell. “We’ve got a lot going on,” Emmert said of the planned menu. “I hope he can keep up with us.”

Caulcrick will cook right up until noon, and after lunch he will be the guest speaker for the Donate Life and School Ambassador Clubs. All Emerson athletes will also be invited to the luncheon.

Caulcrick, comes to Emerson through a joint affiliation with Upstate New York Transplant Services (UNYTS) and the Buffalo Schools.
