On April 6 students from the Niagara Catholic Academy of Niagara Falls grades pre-k through 5th grade invited their grandparents to join them for breakfast, a few games of bingo and to view students performed skits. The skits were a combination of songs, readings and some artwork created by the students to honor and thank their grandparents for all the love and support that they give to them.
President Jimmy Carter once wrote, "Grandparents are our continuing tie to the near-past, to the events and beliefs and experiences that so strongly affect our lives and the world around us."
Catholic Academy Thanks Grandparents
