My son, John built this 24 foot high sled hill in his backyard in Orchard Park for my grandsons to enjoy! John has always loved playing in the snow - since he was just about 3 or 4. He believes that since we live in Buffalo, "it IS cold and it DOES snow - so learn to enjoy it and help others enjoy it with you."
John began to build the snow 24 foot hill and 40 yard run as soon as Buffalo receives it's first snowfall. He works night and day on it until all the angles and heights are just perfect. The hill constantly needs grooming too. If it snows, or the temperatures fall, alterations are needed to keep the hill and the run in good sledding condition.
