Pet Connection announces January events

Make a resolution to come out and support Pet Connection Programs Inc. in the new year. Pet Connection, a nonprofit maternity and special care animal shelter located in Marilla, has been helping animals find great homes in Western New York since 1984.

On Saturday, Jan. 15, Pet Connection volunteers will be taking part in an adoption event from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Petco store on Transit Road in Williamsville. Volunteers will also be at the Walden Galleria from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 15 and Saturday, Jan. 22, selling our popular pet totes filled with dog and cat treats and other goodies. Come out and meet some of our newest puppy arrivals!

Pet Connection volunteers and pups will also visit the USA Bird Supply store at 11163 Main St. in Clarence from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 29.

Interested in becoming a Pet Connection volunteer? Upcoming orientation classes will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Jan. 10 and 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Jan. 15. Please contact the shelter for details.
