My Grandmother is a resident at Seneca Woods Senior Citizens complex, and is snowed in. The parking lot has not been plowed all day. If there was an emergency how would they get out or how would help get in? There is only a path that I made to get in. We need to know how to get this resolved asap!

Most of these residents reley on meals of wheels for food, and they can't even get in!
