Beginning around 11:30am, and still continuing (12:22pm), the Coast Guard helicopter is pacing and flying very low, searching the Niagara Gorge in Niagara Falls. We that live here along the gorge recognize this as probably meaning someone has gone over the falls, is in the rapids, and they are looking to either rescue a person or recover a body. I have more video, but this format of submission would not let me attach more than one.
