Halo the shelter dog was born with extreme birth defects. One front leg was deformed and totally useless to her and the other front leg is seriously twisted. Halo tries to walk on her back legs because of the pain! Thanks to big dogs big hearts, Halo will soon see a vetrinarian and hopefully he will help her regain stability!
