Patty Jordan-Smith may not be on tour with the LPGA anymore, but this golf pro is using her love of the sport in a new way. She is grooming our young people to be future leaders.

Jordan-Smith is Program Director for The First Tee of Western New York. It's a national youth development organization that is now making its mark in our region.

Jordan-Smith runs a program at Harvest Hill Golf Course in Orchard Park, but you can also find programs in Buffalo, Akron and Dunkirk.

Hundreds of young people are involved with The First Tee program at the Orchard Park course where Jordan-Smith is helping to build confidence and character, teaching life skills while she's fine tuning their game.
