BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Anthony Matusiak, 27, of West Seneca, is in Boston visiting his sister for her birthday. He described the scene of two massive explosions near the finish line at the Boston Marathon.

"The first one was kind of muffled," Matusiak told Eyewitness News.

"The second one was a distinct explosion. Very loud," he added.

Matusiak and his sister Ashley were at the corner of Fairfield Street and Boylston Street. Moments earlier, they were closer to the site of the second explosion taking photographs.

"Everyone started to run," said Matusiak,

"People were emotion, crying and trying to find their friends," he said.
