WNY Native Charged with Defrauding Facebook

BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Paul Ceglia is charged with federal mail fraud and wire fraud.

In 2010 Ceglia claimed he was entitled to a majority ownership of Facebook, saying he entered in a contract with Mark Zuckerberg in 2003.

A spokesperson for the U.S. Attorney's Office in Buffalo said Ceglia was arrested this morning.

He is expected to be in federal court here in Western New York sometime this afternoon.
