Teenage Murder Suspects Arraigned

BUFFALO, N.Y (WKBW) 17-year old Demetrius Huff and 16-year old Ezeiekile Nafi were arraigned in Buffalo City Court.

The two face 2nd degree murder charges in connection with the death of 16-year old Darren Brown.

Police found the victim's body on Friday. It was located on a rail bed in North Buffalo.

According to investigators, the body had been stabbed several times and set on fire with an accelerate like gasoline.

Detectives say the suspects had an acquaintance with the victim.

City Court Judge Susan Eaton ordered the two defendants held without bail.

They are being charged as accomplices and could face a sentence of 25-years to life if convicted.

Huff and Nafi are scheduled to return to court on July 16 for a felony hearing.
