Buffalo, NY (WKBW) - The latest wintry blast to hit Buffalo is nowhere near as severe as the conditions hitting other areas in the northeast.

However, drivers still need to be aware of icy and slushy conditions on the road.

It is not just the snow drivers need to be aware of -- but also freezing rain and ice.

Multiple accidents were reported Monday morning because of the weather. Road conditions in the Southern Tier and Southtowns were extremely icy.
