Niagara Falls, NY - A major economic development announcement came to Niagara Falls Friday afternoon.

The State announced a $150 million project that includes a new 15 story, 300 room hotel, spa, restaurant, retail and entertainment space to the long time vacant Rainbow Mall building.

The project will be funded through a mix of private and public funds, but we don't know just yet how much of the Buffalo Billion will be coming to the falls.
