HAMBURG, NY (WKBW) - According to the New York State Department of Education, the Hamburg school district is the only Western New York district that hasn't yet submitted a plan for professional performance reviews for teachers.
The plans must be submitted and approved by January 17th or districts will miss out on shares of this year's education aid increase.
26 school districts in other parts of the state have also yet to submit plans.
While Buffalo's teacher evaluation dispute has been in the news lately, that district has submitted a plan.
It's just not yet approved.
