PENFIELD, NY (WKBW) - 49-year-old Anthony Parri is charged with sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
He is accused of inappropriately touching children's' feet in a suburban Rochester library. There were two separate incidents Tuesday afternoon.
Police said Parri removed the shoes and socks of one six-year-old girl, fondling the girl's foot and pressing it against his face.
Police believe he may be the same man who was spotted licking girls' feet at a local bookstore.
Parri is being held without bail.
