John Borsa Rappels Down Seneca Niagara Casino

NIAGARA FALLS, NY (WKBW) - John Borsa went 'over the edge' for a cause Thursday, rappelling 26 stories down the side of the Seneca Niagara Casino.

The event is called 'Over the Edge', and participants are donating $1,000 to the Special Olympics to take the plunge.
