Town of Hamburg, NY (WKBW) - Barry Hollis is behind bars again, accused of raping a 14-year-old girl.

Hollis pleaded not guilty to rape, criminal sex acts and endangering the welfare of a child. He was arrested on Thursday.

During his arraignment on Friday morning, prosecutors said that Hollis pretended to be 17-years-old to pursue a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old. Evidence apparently includes 14-thousand text messages between the two.

Hollis is currently 36-years-old.

The alleged rape took place in the Town of Hamburg on August 20th.

Court officials say the victim came forward after the Fantasy Island incident.

On July 2nd, Erie County Sheriff's Deputies arrested Hollis after accusations surfaced that he molested an eight-year-old girl on the top of a ride at Fantasy Island.

Hollis had been out of jail after posting a $2,500 bail until his latest arrest.

Hollis, a Niagara Falls resident, is now back behind bars at the Erie County Holding Center on $200-thousand bail.

Judge Walter Rooth ordered a mental health evaluation for Hollis.

Hollis will be back in court on August 15th.
