BUFFALO, NY (RELEASE) -The Buffalo Police Accident Investigation Unit continues to investigate an overnight incident that occurred near Michigan Avenue and William Street. Investigators say a vehicle traveling south on Michigan Avenue just after 2:30am, possibly at a high rate of a speed, apparently lost control before striking a fire hydrant, a building in the 800 block of Michigan, a pole and possibly a guard rail.

The vehicle rolled over, landing on its roof and at some point started on fire. Investigators are looking at the possibility that all four occupants in the vehicle may have been ejected. The four were all transported to ECMC. Injuries appear serious to one of the individuals. One is in stable condition and two sustained minor injuries. Investigators say charges are pending.
