Orchard Park, N.Y. (WKBW) A Town of Orchard Park jury has found 29-year old Robert Hopkins guilty of 2nd degree Reckless Endangerment and 3rd degree Assault.

On November 17, 2013, Hopkins was repeatedly sliding down an upper-deck railing in section 339 of Ralph Wilson Stadium during the Bills-Jets game.

Hopkins fell on his fifth slide and hit 29-year old Mark Bratcher who was sitting 20 feet below in section 239 of the lower deck.

Bratcher suffered injuries to his spine and could have been paralyzed or killed, testified Dr. Loubert Suddaby, a neurosurgeon from Orchard Park.

Hopkins will be sentenced in September and could face up to a year in jail on the misdemeanor charges.
