BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Facebook fans, brace yourselves.

The social networking site is about to debut a new look, a move that is certain to irritate some die-hard users.

It has been a few years since Facebook went through a major design change. The last time, users revolted.

But on Thursday, Facebook promised to organize that blizzard of information in your Newsfeed and make the site easier to browse.

While waiting in line at the Elmwood Avenue Spot Coffee Thursday night, Lyndsay Chilton's face was buried in her phone browsing Facebook.

She checks in "like 50 times a day," she said. "I check in all the time."

One could say that Lyndsay is addicted to Facebook.

"It really is addicting. You get to see what everybody is doing," she said.

Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg unveiled a new look for Facebook, saying it will carve out more space to show the billions of photos and videos that are being posted on the site each month.

The change will roll out to users gradually.
