BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Following the deaths of two young boys who were being monitored by Erie County Child Protective Services, County Executive Mark Poloncarz fired staff, suspended supervisors and hired more agents.

Now he wants to go one step further and reform the CPS system statewide.

He is sending 19 bills to Albany for considering by the Assembly and Senate.
