The Erie County Industrial Development Agency said yes Monday to a tax-incentive package worth more than $750,000 to Time Warner Cable at the former Sheehan Hospital site in Buffalo.

The cable TV provider had previously agreed to move a call center operation to the site, now known as Compass East. Time Warner is expected to occupy 47,000 square feet of the 137,000-square-foot building and create as many as 150 jobs.

McGuire Development took over the former hospital location last year.
