BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) Community activist Darnell Jackson appeared in Buffalo City Court for charges related to an incident at his home in the middle of July.
Police say Jackson and another man, Brandon Barker, were engaged in an argument when Jackson pointed a loaded shotgun at Barker, who was holding his one-year old child.
The activist claims Barker attacked him and was trying to break through his front door.
Friday morning, Jackson and his attorney, Earl Key, appeared in court for a felony hearing.
It was adjourned by City Court Judge Susan Eagan until September 7th at 9:30am.
