Buffalo, NY (WKBW)- 24-year-old Joshua Mitchell is now facing murder charges for the shooting death of 39-year-old Brian Chapman Junior. Chapman was killed Wednesday morning outside his Guilford Street home in Buffalo while waiting for a ride to work. The 39-year-old was was a former school bus driver and was working for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority. Thursday, Mitchell was arraigned in Buffalo City Court, but an outbreak of screaming erupted inside the court room after the judge in this case set bail at a million dollars. The fighting among two families then escalated outside the courtroom. Police were able to separate and defuse the situation.
