BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - 54-year-old Ronald Tackentien of Collins was in court Thursday morning where he was expected to take a plea deal.

Tackentien is accused of DWI and Manslaughter in connection with a fatal motorcycle accident that killed his passenger, Beth Szymanski, of Springville back in June.

Tackentien was expected to accept a plea offer but had a change of heart in court Thursday morning and rejected that offer. The case is now expected to move to trial.
