Buffalo Towing Company Owner, Employees Facing Federal Bribery Charges

The owner of Jim Mazz Auto and two of his employees, one being his son were in court today facing federal bribery charges.

US attorneys allege that Jim Mazzariello, his son Adam Mazzariello and Christopher Mahoney paid bribes to buffalo police in order to be called for tows in the city.

Today during a formal arraignment all three men pleaded not guilty to the crime.

Adam Mazzariello and Christopher Mahoney face up to five years in prison if found guilty.

Jim Mazzariello faces up to 11 years because he's also been charged with 2 counts of filing false tax returns from 2009 and 2010.

The three men are not in custody at this time.
