Buffalo, N.Y. (WKBW-TV) Gunfire rang out again in the streets of Buffalo, this time along Fillmore Avenue Monday afternoon.

"He was face down and you could see there was a lot of blood so it didn't look good," said Dennis Lee Jr., who was there as the incident unfolded.

Buffalo Police were called to the scene around 4:30 p.m. Investigators say the victim is a 15 year old male and was struck by gunfire in his upper body and that he was alert and conscious after being shot.

The teen is in critical but stable condition at ECMC.

It was back on August 12th that two shootings happened, both claiming the lives of teen victims and injuring others.

14 year old Ray Floyd Patterson III was killed and three other teens were wounded when police say Joseph Gant fired shots into a crowd of teens on the Oakmont Avenue footbridge that connects Roosevelt Park to the Kenfield-Langfield housing projects.

Later that night the violence continued when two teenagers were shot on Shirley Avenue.

17 year old Ronnie Scott was killed in that shooting. Police say Scott knew his attacker who remains on the loose.
