#7 Ryan Duff/Clarence Lacrosse
We start this week's countdown with Ryan Duff of Clarence. Ryan made 19 saves as the Red Devils blanked St. Joe's, 7-0. It was Clarence's first shutout in the program's seven year history.

#6 Jon Ramos/Orchard Park Track & Field
Number six is Jon Ramos of Orchard Park. He was the boys MVP at last weekend's Maroon Invitational as he won two events, the high jump and 100 meters.

#5 Sheila Sickau/Eden Track & Field
Eden's Sheila Sickau is number five. Sheila was the MVP on the girls side at the Maroon Invitational as she earned the hat trick by winning the 100 hurdles, triple jump, and long jump.

#4 Nick Ciemny/Lockport Lacrosse
Nick Ciemny of Lockport checks in at number four. Nick registered back-to-back four goal games for the Lions as they beat North Tonawanda and Eden.

#3 Elijha Printup/Niagara Wheatfield Lacrosse
We stay on the lacrosse field for number three and Elijha Printup of Niagara Wheatfield. Elijha led the Falcons with seven goals and an assist in their win over Hamburg.

#2 Nicole Shea/Hamburg Lacrosse
Number two is Nicole Shea of Hamburg. Nicole had eight goals and a pair of assists in Monday's win over West Seneca East. She leads the Lady Bulldogs with 51 goals and 22 assists on the season.

#1 Zan Weinholtz/Niagara Wheafield Lacrosse
This week's top spot goes to Zan Weinholtz of Niagara Wheatfield. The junior had a nine goal performance against Lake Shore. Her 80 goals this season is a new school record breaking the one she set last season.
