#7 Tom Vivian/Bishop Timon-St. Jude Lacrosse
We start this week's countdown on the lacrosse field with Tom Vivian of Bishop Timon. The Senior Captain had four goals in Monday's win over McQuaid and added three goals and an assist against St. Francis Wednesday.

#6 Brittany Pawlowski/W. Seneca West Softball
West Seneca West's Brittany Pawlowski checks in at number six. In Tuesday's 1-0 win over Jamestown, Brittany struck out 12 of the first 14 batters faced as she picked up her first career no-hitter.

#5 Chelsea Plimpton/Williamsville South Softball
We stay on the diamond for number five and Williamsville South's Chelsea Plimpton. Chelsea had 18 strikeouts and picked up her 8th career perfect game as the Billie's topped Amherst 9-0. She has 119 strikeouts in 8 games this season

#4 Victor Arroyo/Lafayette Baseball
Lafayette's Victor Arroyo is this week's number four. Victor had 20 strikeouts in the Violets win over Bennett and followed that up with an 18 K performance in Lafayette's 9-6 win over Grover Cleveland.

#3 Mary Ellen Eli/Orchard Park Lacrosse
We head back to the lacrosse field for number three. Orchard Park's Mary Ellen Eli had three goals including the game winner in the Quakers 9-8 win over Frontier. She added another hat trick in Tuesday's win over Nichols.

#2 Jessica Sisti/Depew Softball
Jessica Sisti of Depew is number two. Jessica went six for six at the plate with a home run and pitched a complete game four hitter with eight strikeouts in the Wildcats 22-1 win over Pioneer.

#1 Matt Dunford/Bishop Timon-St. Jude Baseball
And this week's top spot goes to Bishop Timon pitcher Matt Dunford. Matt tossed a nine strikeout, one-hitter on Friday night against Hutch Tech. He followed that up with ten strikeouts in a no-hitter as the Tigers blanked Niagara Catholic 4-0 earning his second straight victory.
