A game postponed by the Buffalo Sabres due to Snowvember has been re-scheduled, but it has caused another game to be re-scheduled.
The Sabres were set to play the NY Rangers on November 21, but due to numerous travel bans throughout Western New York, the team postponed the game. It will now be played on February 20, 2015 at 7 p.m. at First Niagara Center.
However, on February 20, the Sabres were supposed to play the Ottawa Senators. That game will now instead be played on Monday, December 15, 2014 at 7 p.m.
Fans who are unable to attend the rescheduled games can exchange their unused tickets for tickets to any available home game. Tickets and seat locations will be based on availability.
The Sabres provided the following information for ticketholders, and add tickets can be exchanged on Sabres.com or by visiting the box office at First Niagara Center:
If you are a season ticket holder:
- Your original Nov. 21 tickets will be valid for the rescheduled game on Friday, Feb. 20 vs. New York Rangers.
- Your original Feb. 20 tickets will be valid for the rescheduled game on Monday, Dec. 15 vs. Ottawa Senators.
- If you cannot attend the rescheduled game on Monday, Dec. 15 game vs. Ottawa Senators:
- You may exchange the tickets to that game for tickets to any available home game.
- –OR–
- You may have the price of the Dec. 15 tickets credited to your season ticket account for next year. Original tickets may be mailed or dropped off at the First Niagara Center box office to receive the credit.
If you have tickets for the New York Rangers game originally scheduled for Friday, Nov. 21:
- Your original Nov. 21 tickets will only be valid for the rescheduled game on Friday, Feb. 20 vs. New York Rangers.
- If you cannot attend the rescheduled game on Friday, Feb. 20 vs. New York Rangers, you may exchange the tickets to that game for tickets to any available home game.
If you have tickets for the Ottawa Senators game originally scheduled for Friday, Feb. 20:
- Your original Feb. 20 tickets will only be valid for the rescheduled game on Monday, Dec. 15 vs. Ottawa Senators. Please note that the tickets for the Feb. 20 game vs. Ottawa will not be valid for the Feb. 20 game vs. New York Rangers.
- If you cannot attend the rescheduled game on Monday, Dec. 15 vs. Ottawa Senators, you may exchange the tickets to that game for tickets to any available home game.
