BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) - Just one day after the Bills open the NFL season at home, the Buffalo Sabres kick off their 2010 Rookie Camp.

37 players took part in Monday's morning practice, including forwards Tyler Ennis and Nathan Gerbe, 1st round draft picks Zack Kassian and defenseman Mark Pesyk. The camp last four days for the team's prospects.

Sabres Head Coach Lindy Ruff addressed the media after the skate, commenting on the team's decision to buy-out the contract of South Buffalo native Tim Kennedy.
