NEW YORK, NY - (WKBW) The Buffalo Sabres just keep racking up points in their chase for the playoffs. Their latest victim, the Eastern Conference's top team. The Sabres beat the New York Rangers on Friday night 4-1.

Drew Stafford scored two goals and added an assist.

Tyler Ennis and Travis Turnbull scored the other goals for Buffalo. It was Turnbull's first NHL goal. Ennis also had two assists.

Ryan Miller made 26 saves for the win.

The Sabres next host Minnesota on Saturday night.
