NEW YORK (AP) _ Roger Clemens has made his decision. He's
returning to the New York Yankees.

Clemens himself made the announcement over the Yankee Stadium
public address system from the owner's box during the seventh
inning of today's game against the visiting Seattle Mariners.

The veteran pitcher was also thinking about signing with one of
the two ballclubs in is native state: the Houston Astros and Texas
Rangers.
