Gallant Wins Prince of Wales Stakes

FORT ERIE, ONTARIO (AP) - Gallant won the Prince of Wales Stakes thoroughbred race by a
nose. The filly beat Milwaukee Appeal in a photo finish to capture
the 500-thousand dollar race.

Favorite Eye of the Leopard finished third.
