NT & Niagara Falls fall in Far West Regionals

It had been 56 years since North Tonawanda won a Section VI Championship.

On Saturday their run toward a state title came to an end with a 65-41 loss to Irondequoit in the Class A Far West Regionals.

Trevor Book led the Lumberjacks with 11 points.  NT finishes the season with a 20-5 overall record.

In the AA Far West Regional, Fairport proved to be too much for Niagara Falls in a 63-32 win.

During the season the Wolverines averaged better than 59 points per game. Charles Lamar powered the Falls with 13 points.

They finish the season with a 15-9 record.
