As Kameron Briggs splashed home his sixth three pointer of the night, teammate Tyron Lott dropped to his knees.

"It was just like 'We did it,'" Lott said following Health Sciences 51-43 win over East Aurora in the crossover Class B Championship.  "We actually did it."

Another win, and another historic moment for the program that began just five years as the Falcons advanced to Far West Regionals for the first time.  They'll  will now face Section V's Mynderse on Saturday.

Briggs finished with 22 points and sparked a 16-6 run over the final four minutes to secure the championship.

"It's a great feeling. We fought through it, executed our plays and played defense," Briggs said.  "Defense wins game. Now we have to get to the ring."

"It's been an unbelievable ride," added Head Coach Tyree Parker. "It's been a long stretch. They've said 'charter schools aren't good'.  Nobody really respected charter schools, but today -- I'm just at a loss for words.  I'm happy for the kids."

East Aurora, which had captured it's first Section VI Championship since 2012 in the B1 title game, saw a sensational offensive and defensive performance from Cal McTigue, who led the Blue Devils with 16 points. Teammate Nick Montgomery finished with 13.
