On Saturday afternoon the charter school from Buffalo rallied in the fourth quarter to retake the lead, eventually winning after Mynderse missed a three-point attempt at the buzzer.
Wize Threat, Davonte Gaines (previously Super 7 Athlete of the Week) and Tyron Lott led Health Sciences with 12 points each.
The Falcons are now two wins away from a Class B state title and will head to Binghamton for the state semi-final game.
