Two Canisius student-athletes will be continuing their athletic careers at the collegiate level, signing scholarships in front of family and friends on Thursday morning.
Jack Collins will be playing baseball at Binghamton University.
Collins is a former First Team All-Catholic pitcher and All WNY honorable mention. Last season he had a 5-2 overall record with a 1.78 ERA and 50 strikeouts.
Jake Ruffolo will swim at St. Bonaventure University.
Last season the Captain helped the Crusaders earn a 15th straight Monsignor Martin title. He finished 9th in the state in the 100 and 200 freestyle events and 6th in the 200 medley relay. His 100 time was the 2nd fastest by a junior that season.
