For the first time since 2005 the Bisons are sending four players to the Minor League Baseball All-Star game.

Jesus Montero, Drew Hutchison, Ben Rowan and Dustin Antolin have all earned bids to the 2016 festivities.

Montero currently ranks third in the league in average and second in hits, collecting 90 through 80 games.
Hutchison has been the ace of the staff, going 6-3 and ranks second in the Internal League with 97 strikeouts.

Combined, the three pitchers have powered the Herd to the second most wins in the league with 46 and has surrendered the third fewest earned runs.

“It's pretty exciting. This will be my first All-Star game,” Rowan said.  “I was nominated a couple years ago in AA Texas League, but I didn't get to go so, I'm pretty excited."

“It's my second time making the All-Star team,” Antolin added.  “Hopefully this one goes a little bit better. I gave up a grand slam last All-Star I had.  I'm looking forward to it."

Antolin was with AA New Hampshire when he made his first All-Star appearance.

The AAA All-Star Game is July 13 in Charlotte, North Carolina.
