Austrailian Harrison Endycott erased a four stroke deficit to rally and win the 2016 Porter Cup.

Gavin Hall, who entered the day at 14-under par with the lead, finished a stroke back for second place.

Endycott pulled within two strokes on the Par 4-9th, sinking a long birdie putt from the fringe while Gavin saved par to remain at 14-under.

On the Par 5 11th, it looked like Endycott would run away with it, re-opening a four stroke lead, knocking in a short birdie putt after missing an Eagle by about an inch.  Endycott needed two chips to get out of the bunker, before a bogey saw him fall back of the leader.

The tide turned on the Par 3-16th.  With his third birdie in four holes from the Austrailian, the Pittsford native shot a four on the hole -- giving Endycott a one stroke lead.

Still leading by a stroke on the Par 3-18th, Hall placed his shot to within 10 feet of the hole.  Endycott fired his into the rough.

The Australian placed his ensuing chip to within four feet of the cup.

With all eyes on him, Hall missed his birdie chance and Endycott tapped in for Par to secure the victory.
