After running out to a 10-0 start to the season, the best in program history, the UB Women's Basketball team suffered its first loss of the season, a 74-62 setback to Harvard at the Fordham Holiday Classic on Friday.

Grand Island native Cassie Oursler led the Bulls with 15 points and nine rebounds, but also committed eight turnovers in the loss.
Guards Stephanie Reid and Joanna Smith, who are the catalyst for the team, struggled from the field combining to go 4-for-19 from the floor and combined for just 17 points.
Six of Reid's eight points came from the free throw line, where she want 6-for-6.
