Twolves win in 13th inning of JCWS

Michael Colosi went 5-for-7 at the plate and drove in two runs in the 13th to lift NCCC past Century 5-2 in extras on Monday.

The Thunderwolves will now face Rowan Gloucester on Tuesday in an elimination game.  NCCC defeated Rowan 3-1 in the Junior College World Series opener on Saturday.

Cameron Voss threw seven strong inning but did not factor into the decision.  Neither did Century's Christian Zellner, who threw 12 innings.

Alex Kubera earned the win for the Thunderwolves.

Brandon Nicholson drove in the go-ahead in the 13th with a sacrifice fly.
