Shoot to get hot. Shoot to stay hot.

That's a phrase anyone who plays basketball knows and that's exactly what the UB did Tuesday night, hitting 50 percent from the floor in a 101-91 win over Central Michigan.

With the victory, the Bulls improved to 10-12 (4-5 Mid-American Conference).

Blake Hamilton finished two assists shy of a triple double, pouring in 27 points and grabbing 11 boards to go along with eight dimes.

CJ Massinburg chipped in with 19, while Willie Connor added 18.

David Kadiri also reached double-digits with 13 points as did Nick Perkins who scored 11 points off the bench tonight.

Facing Marcus Keene, who leads the country is scoring averaging 30 points per game, the UB defense kept in check most of the night limited him to 24 while also forcing him into seven turnovers.

Buffalo returns to action Friday when they travel to Ball State.
