Six Griffs scored in double-figure to power Canisius to an 89-83 win over Iona Tuesday night at the Koessler Athletic Center.
Senior Phil Valenti powered the squad with 18, while Niagara Falls native Jermaine Crumpton finished two rebounds shy of a double-double with 17 points and eight rebounds.

As a team, the Griffs shot 57 percent from beyond the arc while tying a KAC record with 16 3-pointers.

With the victory Canisius improves to 16-11 overall and 9-7 in Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference.
